Our warehouse staff are highly educated to pack your items exactly according to the specifications we offer. Before shipping the goods are carefully inspected and secured. Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.
Prior to shipment We will inspect thoroughly the items you've ordered. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hrs. Delivery is expected to take between three and seven days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us due to the involvement of several parties including the factory and our warehouse. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you have made the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also remain in the original packaging.
